Alright, Tom won the Drivers this past week, and now Red Bull can win the constructors if they outscore McLaren by 8 points and equal the points total of Williams.

Seeing that this is the only championship I had any shot of winning at the beginning of the season I'd like to get this wrapped up, so I've already done a 50% race which will make up for the lack of practice I will get this weekend while I'm obnoxiously intoxicated. I'll be around for a bit tomorrow and then won't be back likely until Monday so @Jthorn97 is Supreme Leader this weekend.

Ah, Suzuka. The scene of my first league race and the first track that I've league raced online before this season.

Just seen that I've scored 2 points in the last 5 races (1 dns). That's not good enough, hoping to turn it round in the last 4 races.

Should have had the win here last season but a dsc into the pits really caused me to seek psychiatric help

Most likely yes but a 33 high might be possible with a good lap. The tyre wear on this track is nothing short of shocking. The front tyres became yellow on lap 2 when i practiced the first stint. Still i think this race is a 2 stop like all the races where hard and medium tyres were used

yeah i managed a 34.8 before I went away for the weekend so I'm hoping to knock off a few more tenths. Tyre wear is bad but there is a trick to it here that I'm going to keep to myself

Think of the pads! Did a practice race today and felt like I was close to a puncture at end of my prime stint. It's weird because I did a practice session and the primes were good for about 14/15 laps but in the race it's completely different

Just a tip, Practice sessions simulate tyre wear on 100% races instead of 50%

Even if you set the race distance after to 50%?

yep, stupid bug that is fixed for 2016. i managed a 2 stop last season on the pad, but it was pure torture at the end of stints

Tyre wear is 100% in all practice and qualifying sessions, it was intended.

Just finished a 50% practice race, I think I can have a really good race if I can be consistent through the s curves and figure out the hairpin

i need to figure out the final sector, I'm losing 4 tenths to @alexukr there which completely ruins the 2.5 tenths I gain over the rest of the lap. should be a good one on Thursday, I expect the grid will be very close and mostly in the low to mid 34's if the grip is good.
